Smart Home Systems

By Service

One System, Not Five Apps.

Whole-property integration binding lighting, climate, shading, security, and audio into a single system with one interface and one point of support.

The brief

Most properties we are called to already have automation. What they do not have is integration: a lighting app, a separate blind remote, a camera system with its own login, and nothing that ties them together.

This service is the fix. We audit what is installed, keep what is worth keeping, and bind it into one gateway with one set of scenes, which is usually far less disruptive and less expensive than clients expect.

Scope

What's included.

Specified as one scope with one point of accountability, or broken out if another contractor already holds part of it.

System audit

A full inventory of what is installed, what still has support, and what should be retained versus replaced.

Gateway integration

Existing KNX, Zigbee, and Matter devices bound into one gateway with one scene engine.

Scene design

Scenes rebuilt around how the property is actually used, tuned on site rather than at a desk.

Single interface

Panels, phones, and voice assistants presenting the same system, with the same names for the same rooms.

Voice assistants

Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Home where the client wants them, scoped so a guest cannot unlock a door by voice.

Documentation

As-built drawings, a device register, and a printed scene reference, the things that make the next engineer's job possible.

Process

How the project runs.

The same engineers carry the project from consultation to handover. Nothing is subcontracted at the point where it matters.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We walk the property or the drawings with you, establish how the space is actually used, and agree what the system must do before any product is named.

  2. 02

    Design & specification

You receive a room-by-room schedule, a single-line diagram, and a fixed-price proposal. No allowances, no provisional sums.

  3. 03

    First fix

Our engineers coordinate directly with the electrical and joinery contractors so containment, back boxes, and cable routes are right before plaster.

  4. 04

    Commissioning

Every circuit is tested, every scene tuned on site against the real lighting, and the system is left documented rather than merely working.

  5. 05

    Handover & care

A walkthrough with whoever lives there, a printed scene reference, and an ongoing support agreement with remote diagnostics.
