The brief
The rack is where a project's quality is genuinely visible. Labelled cores, dressed cable, documented patching, and a UPS sized to the load are the difference between a fault that takes an hour and one that takes a day.
We build racks to be worked on. Every core is tested and certified, every port is labelled at both ends, and the as-built documentation is handed over rather than promised.
Scope
What's included.
Specified as one scope with one point of accountability, or broken out if another contractor already holds part of it.
Structured cabling
Cat6A or fibre to every outlet, tested and certified with results provided at handover.
Rack build
Dressed and labelled comms racks with managed airflow and room to grow.
Managed switching
PoE++ switching sized for the device count, with VLANs configured and documented.
Power protection
UPS sized to hold the rack and gateway through a typical outage, with automatic graceful shutdown.
Containment coordination
Routes agreed with the electrical contractor before first fix, not negotiated after plaster.
As-built documentation
Port schedules, single-line diagrams, and a device register, the deliverable most projects skip.
Process
How the project runs.
The same engineers carry the project from consultation to handover. Nothing is subcontracted at the point where it matters.

Consultation
We walk the property or the drawings with you, establish how the space is actually used, and agree what the system must do before any product is named.

Design & specification
You receive a room-by-room schedule, a single-line diagram, and a fixed-price proposal. No allowances, no provisional sums.

First fix
Our engineers coordinate directly with the electrical and joinery contractors so containment, back boxes, and cable routes are right before plaster.
- 04
Commissioning
Every circuit is tested, every scene tuned on site against the real lighting, and the system is left documented rather than merely working.
- 05
Handover & care
A walkthrough with whoever lives there, a printed scene reference, and an ongoing support agreement with remote diagnostics.
